Petitioner contends vehicle had been given to him on hire. He has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. De-facto complainant had handed over the vehicle to the petitioner. The vehicle has been stolen. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner for recovery of the vehicle is necessary.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
