The principal grievance of the writ petitioner is that notwithstanding a complaint against the private respondents, Samsherganj Police Station has not taken any step.

It appears that on the basis of petitioner's complaint, Samsherganj and Suti Police Stations have registered FIRs being Samsherganj P. S. No. 41 of dated 14.02.2022 under Sections 417/420/467/468/471 of the IPC, Section 63 of the Copy Rights Act and Sections 103 and 104 of the Trade Mark Act, 1999 and Suit P. S. No. 76 of 2022 dated 11.02.2022 under Sections 420/417 of the IPC and Section 63 of the Copy Rights Act.

The grievance of the writ petitioner has already been addressed. Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

Samsherganj and Suti Police Stations shall expeditiously complete investigation into the aforesaid FIRs.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
