In compliance with the order dated April 09, 2024, Ms. Jayanti Jana, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), District : 24-Parganas (South), the respondent no.4 herein is personally present before this Court, her such further appearance is dispensed with for the time being.

In compliance with the order dated April 09, 2024, a report of the respondent no.4 is filed by Mr. Mukherjee, learned Advocate for the State, let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said report that the respondent no.4 has forwarded all pension papers for grant of family pension in favour of the petitioner to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no.3 herein who has received the same on April 04, 2024.

The respondent no.3 is directed to issue necessary pension payment order in favour of the

petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Upon issuance of such pension payment order, the concerned authorities shall take immediate steps for release of family pension including the arrear, if there be any, in favour of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

WPA 2482 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
