In the first line of the fourth paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "F.A. 314 of 1988" shall stand corrected and be read as "F.A. 330 of 1988". 3.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 30.08.2024.

The other parts of the order dated 30.08.2024 shall remain unaltered.
