In the order dated 29.4.2024 all references in respect of the ld. Magistrate should be ld. JM, 1st Court, Diamond Harbour.

There is an error in the second page of the order which refers to ld. JM, 1st Court, Tamluk. The same has been inadvertently typed and should be read as 'Ld. JM, 1st Court, Diamond Harbour'.

In the last paragraph of the second page of the order dated 29.4.2024, the sentence being 'I direct that on or before 20th of May, 2024, learned Magistrate would take efforts so that by 30th September, 2024 ..." should be read as "Having considered the plight of both the parties, the ld. Magistrate would take efforts so that by 30th of September, 2024 ...".

This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 29.4.2024.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the original order.
