It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Indore Development Authority vs.

Manoharlal & ors. reported in (2020) 8 Supreme Court Cases 129 the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition, being WPA 1059 of 2018, is disposed of as infructuous.

There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
