18.01.2023 rc/ct.no.10 Item No.01 WPA No. 1955 of 2022 Mr. Subir Pal ...for the State Inadvertent error has crept into the order which is corrected as follows :- The date of order should be read as "29.03.2022" instead and place of "29.03.2021".

The Department is directed to make the correction accordingly.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated 29th March, 2022.
