Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is an incurable defect in the application for anticipatory bail. As such, the petitioner would not like to press the same and would file a proper application afresh.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing a proper application for anticipatory bail afresh on the self same grounds.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
