The petitioners complain that the private respondents are obstructing construction over their property and demand the petitioners purchase the raw materials from them.

The private respondents deny the allegations of the petitioners.

Pandaveswar Police Station has received the complaint of the petitioners and taken out proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. A further complaint from the petitioners dated 13th May, 2023 has been registered as FIR.

It is ordered that investigation into the subject FIR be completed within a period of one month from date.

In the event of any further obstruction by the private respondents. Pandaveswar Police Station shall take coercive measures against them.

If the petitioners want posting of any police picket, Pandaveswar Police Station may post such picket at the cost of the petitioners. Upon the petitioners' application, cost shall be communicated by the Police to the petitioners. 7.

Deployment shall take place only after payment of costs.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
