The present revisional application relates to Misc. Case No. 710 of 2022 under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to Criminal Revision Case No. 01 of 2023 which is pending before learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Contai for a considerable period of time.

In view of the limited grievance expressed by the present petitioner, I direct the learned revisional court/sessions court to dispose of the Criminal Revision Case No. 01 of 2023 on the next date or within a month thereafter by fixing as many dates the learned court deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 383 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
