1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits on instruction that fresh application for transfer is required to be submitted before the concerned respondent authorities disclosing that petitioner's wife and son are suffering from ailments. It is submitted that application for transfer which has been preferred by the petitioner is devoid of such particulars.

3. Respondents are represented by learned advocates.

4 In view of aforesaid submission, writ petition stands disposed of granting leave to the petitioner to prefer a transfer application afresh in accordance with law.
