1. This writ petition cannot be treated as a Public Interest Litigation since the writ petitioner himself is aggrieved by an alleged action of the respondent bank wherein there is an allegation of forgery based on a criminal complaint lodged, the F.I.R. was registered and subsequently chargesheet has also been framed.

2. Therefore, liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to work out his rights in accordance with law in his individual capacity.

3. In the result, the writ petition stands dismissed.
