Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was an altercation with regard to a family dispute. The petitioner is falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the case diary and particularly to the injury reports of the victims as well as the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Perused the case diary.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the nature of injuries recorded in the injury reports and the statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. 943 of 2021 is dismissed.
