Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, a single revisional application has been filed challenging the main proceeding under Section 125 of the Code as well as several other execution cases filed in connection with the same. The petitioner submits that he would not like to press this application and would like to file separate applications challenging the main proceeding as well as each of such execution cases.

On his prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
