Present petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 14th June, 2024, 12th July, 2024, 6th September, 2024, 3rd October, 2024, 30th September, 2024, 28th November, 2024 and 27th December, 2024 in Misc. Execution Case No. 84 of 2013. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only to the extent that an appropriate direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of Misc. Execution case No. 84 of 2013.

The Court considers that no prejudice will be caused to either of the parties if appropriate direction is issued, even otherwise the speedy trial is the inherent facet of fundamental rights.

In the circumstances learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta is directed to dispose of Misc. Execution Case No. 84 of 2013 expeditiously

without granting unnecessary adjournment in accordance with law.
