This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 416/2020 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Howrah as well as an application under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in connection with the said suit.

Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed prior service of a copy of the revisional application along with a notice on the opposite party is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order on the opposite party within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material-on-record this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Howrah to dispose of the pending application for injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The learned Trial Court is further requested to dispose of Title Suit No.

416/2020 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of disposal of the said application for injunction.

C.O. 325/2026 stands disposed of with the above observation.
