1. The petitioner seeks for writ of mandamus to consider the representation and to take steps for making alternate arrangements and/or rehabilitation of the families who are admittedly encroachers of railway property. From paragraphs 5 and 6 of the writ petition it is evidently clear that the relief claimed for the persons who are staying there, have no vested right to stay in the railway property. So far as rehabilitation of the encroachers is concerned, it is for the appropriate authority to consider and no direction, as sought for, can be issued especially when the people are encroachers.

2. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
