In compliance with the order 11.07.2023 the petitioners are present in Court today. Their personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.

The learned advocate for the petitioners has filed five separate written instructions on behalf of the aforesaid petitioners respectively dated 29.08.2023 whereby the individual petitioners have stated that they are not willing to proceed with the instant revisional application. The written instructions dated 29.08.2023 submitted before the court to that effect be kept on record. Under the facts and circumstances, the instant criminal revesional application being CRR 152 of 2010 is dismissed for non prosecution.
