Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Injury report shows grave injury on the head resulting in hospitalization. Petitioner is named as the assailant in the injury report.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
