Mr. Sridhar Pramanick, Chairman, West Bengal Regional School Service Commission, Eastern Region, Purba Bardhaman is personally present in Court. It appears that on 16th June, 2022 the Office of the Superintendent, Uluberia Sub-Divisional Hospital & SSH has verified the disability certificate of the petitioner, namely, Umakanta Das is genuine.
Based on the above, the West Bengal School Service Commission, Eastern Region, Purba Bardhaman has issued an order dated 17th June, 2022 recommending the petitioner as having qualified under the 10th RLST (AT), 2009.
It is expected that all steps pursuant to the recommendation of the West Bengal School Service
Commission, Eastern Region, Purba Bardhaman are taken by the Board immediately.
The aforesaid, however, shall not prevent the West Bengal School Service Commission, Eastern Region, Purba Bardhaman and/or the Board from reexamining the petitioner's medical condition as on date.
The certificate of Uluberia Sub-Divisional Hospital & SSH dated 16th June, 2022 and the recommendation of the West Bengal School Service Commission, Eastern Region, Purba Bardhaman dated 17th June, 2022 are taken on record.
The personal appearance of Mr. Sridhar Pramanick, Chairman, West Bengal Regional School Service Commission, Eastern Region, Purba Bardhaman is dispensed with, with a warning to act more diligently in respect of the orders of the High Court.
In that view of the matter, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.
Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.
There will be no order as to costs.
In view of the disposal of the contempt application itself, the connected applications shall also stand disposed of.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
