The learned advocates appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the added respondent No. 8 submit that the cause of action for moving the writ petition no longer survives in as much as the matter has been amicably settled between the writ petitioners and the added respondents.

The written instructions handed up to the Court by the learned advocate for the writ petitioner and the learned advocate for the added respondent no. 8 are taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submissions this writ petition being WPA 1964 of 2022 is disposed of as having become infractuous.
