1. The petitioners participated in the TET, 2022 and claim to have been successful therein. There are several writ petitions pending in respect of the results and the OMR sheets in the said recruitment process.

2. The petitioners only pray that the Board should initiate an appropriate recruitment process in respect of the said TET as expeditiously as possible.

3. This court is of the view that the matters relating to initiation of recruitment process are within the domain and discretion of the State and its instrumentalities.

4. Apart from the above, since the examination process and answer keys to some questions is being considered by this court, it would be inappropriate for this court to pass any direction on the Board at this stage.

5. The Board may take steps as it deems fit.

6. Evidence of payment of court fees and affidavit-of-service are taken on record.

7. The writ petition is disposed of.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.

9. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
