3. In pursuance of the direction given upon the Superintendent of Police, South 24 Parganas a report submitted by the S.P. is handed over by the learned Advocate for the State. The report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District and the other report submitted by I/C Baruipur PS indicate that during pendency of this appeal both the appellants, namely, Radheshyam Mondal and Nishikanta Pal died on 05.06.2021 and 05.10.2013 respectively.

4. As both the appellants have been expired during pendency of appeal, the instant appeal stands abated against them.

5. Accordingly, the instant appeal being CRA 232 of 1986 is hereby dismissed as abated.

6. Let a copy of this order along with the Trial Court Records be sent down to the Trial Court immediately.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
