Mr. Bidyut Kumar Roy along with Mr. S. Mahapatra, learned advocates appear for the State. The appointments of the State advocates may be regularized by the concerned authority. The revisional application has been filed praying for quashing of proceedings in Jamalpur Police Station Case No. 117 of 2012 dated 15.6.2012 giving rise to G.R. Case No. 1395 of 2012 under Sections 120/406/420/447/505/506 of the IPC pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Burdwan and order dated 5.9.2012 whereby cognizance was taken on submission of charge sheet no. 119 of 2012 dated 31.7.2012 and also for issuing of Warrant of Arrest against the petitioners. Record reveals that since filing of the application, it is lying with the department and no steps has been taken by the petitioners upon opposite party. There is no interim order of stay.

The revisional application is, therefore, dismissed for default. The same is accordingly disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Burdwan for information.
