Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the incident is a case of accident. There was no intention to hurt any person.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary. He submits that the petitioner did not stop at the signal showed by the civic volunteer. He draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the civic volunteer.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 596 of 2022 is dismissed.
