The petitioner produces an order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No. 5644 of 2024 on July 22, 2024 which records that the petitioner/husband shall withdraw the criminal revision being no. CRR 385 of 2024 pending before this Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present revisional application.

The revisional application being CRR No. 385 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
