The earlier condition imposed while granting bail in the order dated 18.03.2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge of Chitpur Police Station or any Officer delegated by him once in a month till further orders of this Court.

So far as the other conditions are concerned, they would remain unaltered and the direction to not entering Chitpur Police Station would not be applicable in case the petitioner goes for the purpose of meeting the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
