1. There is a typographical mistake in the Judgement dated 04.09.2024. The name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in CRR No.18 of 2015 is inadvertently recorded as ' Mr. Karan Bapuli' instead of 'Mr. Sachit Talukdar' and should be read as 'Mr. Sachit Talukdar' and also the name of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party is inadvertently recorded as 'Mr. Amrita Sinha' instead of 'Mr. Amrit Sinha' and should be read as ' Mr. Amrit Sinha'.

2. Department is directed to make necessary correction.

3. Other portion of the Judgement dated 04.09.2024 shall remain unaltered.

4. Let this order be treated as part of the Judgment dated 04.09.2024.
