For the State -respondent(s) So far as the conditions imposed by the learned CJM, Paschim Bardhaman while granting bail to the petitioners, wherein it was directed that the petitioners shall not leave the territory of the local police station without prior permission of the learned CJM, Asansol, is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of Paschim Bardhaman without prior permission of the court in seisin of the case. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same would remain unaltered.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM (M) 533 of 2026 is disposed of.
