Nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 24.07.2025 and 31.07.2025 and even today none appears for the petitioner.

As per the report, the cause is not subsisting. The meat shop is closed and became non-functional. It appears that cause does not survive and the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter.
