Petitioner renews his prayer for pre-arrest bail. He contends investigation is complete and charge sheet has been filed. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected earlier on merits. Subsequently, charge sheet has been filed. Submission of charge sheet is an aggravating and not a mitigating circumstance justifying review of the earlier order of rejection.

Hence, the application for pre-arrest bail is rejected. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
