2. For the reasons stated in the application and in absence of opposition, I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2026 is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

3. I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2026 is taken up seeking leave to appeal. In absence of opposition, leave is granted. I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2026 is allowed.

4. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus. It is agreed that this intraCourt appeal may be disposed of by observing that learned Single Judge neither in order dated 07.05.2025 passed in W.P.A. 9390 of 2025 nor in order dated 05.12.2025 passed in R.V.W. 213 of 2025 has expressed any opinion about the civil proceedings and order passed therein.

Thus, the orders dated 07.05.2025 and 05.12.2025 will not be treated to be the orders expressing any view in relation to pending civil proceedings and order passed therein.

5. With aforesaid observation the appeal is disposed of.

6. With the disposal of the instant appeal, nothing remains to be decided in I.A. No.

CAN 3 of 2026 and the same is also disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
