It appears from the order under contempt dated 15th September, 2023 that no direction was given upon the respondent authorities. The writ petition was disposed of upon recording the relevant portion of a memo issued by the Secretary, Transport Department, Government of West Bengal on 5th September, 2023 to all District Magistrates.

In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 171 of 2024 is dismissed, being not maintainable. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
