Perused the office report dated 03.07.2023 /07.07.2023.

It appears from the said office report that the L.C.R in Title Suit No.1471/2006 was sent down to the Court of the Ld. Judge, 11th Bench of the City Civil Court at Calcutta vide Memo No.1675-F dated 06.08.2018 through the Ld. Registrar of the said Ld. Trial Court for effecting necessary rectification in terms of Order 20 Rule 7 of the Civil Procedure Code. But neither the rectified L.C.R nor any report has yet been received by the department.

In view of the above circumstances, a reminder be issued immediately to the Ld. Trial Court through the Ld. Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Calcutta for sending the rectified L.C.R in Title Suit No.1471/2006 to this Hon'ble Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of communication from the department.
