2. In the 1st line of the 1st paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression "the next date of retirement of the petitioner" shall stand corrected and be read as "the next date of retirement of the petitioner's husband."

3. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 01.02.2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 01.02.2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
