Ms. Puspita Saha ... for the State This revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 21.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Medinipur in G.R. Case NO. 60 of 2024 arising out of Garhbeta Police Station Case No. 53 of 2024 dated 23.02.2024 under sections 498A/323/325/307/494 / 354A/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. Vide impugned order it appears that Trial Court has issued warrant of arrest against the petitioners herein.

The learned counsel prays for some time to surrender before the learned Trial Court. As the criminal revision is being disposed of, the learned Public Prosecutor along with Ms. Puspita Saha, an empanelled lawyer of State of West Bengal, present in

Court is appointed to represent the State in the present case. Let their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the materials on record the revisional application is disposed of with a direction that that petitioner herein shall surrender before the learned Trial Court within ten days from the date of this order and pray for bail which the learned trial Court shall consider in accordance with law.

The impugned order under challenge is stayed for a period of ten days.

Criminal revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
