The report reflects that the concerned investigating officer/officer, who submitted the report, on perusal of the case records, is of the opinion that the investigating agency has no objection if the vehicle is returned to the owner, namely, Abdul Salam, the petitioner before this court. Accordingly, it is directed that the ld. Special Court will impose conditions for release of the said vehicle in favour of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 389 of 2024 is disposed of.
