By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 19th August, 2020 and certificate of public demand dated 26th September, 2022 and the notice of sale proclamation dated 6th January, 2023. This is the second round of litigation. It appears from record that petitioner on earlier occasion had filed the writ petition being W.P. No. 1382 (W) of 2019 which was not entertained by this Court as appears from the order dated 28th January, 2019 on the ground of maintainability of the same, however, petitioner was granted liberty to approach the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Society for the

dispute raised by the petitioner and in compliance of the said order of this Court, Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Society has passed the impugned order dated 14th August, 2022 and on perusal of the same I find that the same is a reasoned and speaking order.

In view of the earlier order of this court on the ground of maintainability of the writ petition and in view of nature of dispute I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA 2118 of 2023 and accordingly the same is dismissed.
