Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the criminal revision stands dismissed for default. All connected applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned advocate present in Court today is appointed to represent the State in this case.

Let his appointment be regularized by the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta.
