Party/parties is/are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause title. Mr. Bhattacharyya, Learned Counsel appearing for the District Primary School Council (DPSC), North 24 Parganas led by Mr.

Vaisya, Learned Additional Government Pleader (AGP), produces copy of the letter dated 2nd August, 2022 whereby the relevant documents pertaining to the empanelment of the appellant/writ petitioner for appointment as Primary Teacher in the Physically Handicapped (PH) Category has been

forwarded by the Chairman, DPSC, North 24 Parganas to the office of the Commissioner of School Education for necessary approval and/or necessary instruction for further processing of the same.

Mr. Bhattacharyya submits that necessary action shall be taken on the basis of the said letter dated 2nd August, 2022.

Mr. Biswas, Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner, points out that steps be taken by the Commissioner of School Education on the basis of the said letter dated 2nd August, 2022 within a period to be prescribed by Court.

Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in this appeal except that the Commissioner of School Education shall take steps in terms of the said letter dated 2nd August, 2022 including the appropriate consequential steps, as advised, preferably within a period of six weeks from date.

Since affidavits are not called for, all other allegations made in the appeal are deemed to be denied. Copy of the letter dated 2nd August, 2022 produced today in Court by the DPSC, 24-Parganas (North), be retained with the record.

All parties to act on a server copy of this order duly obtained from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
