Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the trial is in progress. Evidences are being recorded. The next date for such purpose is from April 5, 2022.

The petitioner approached this Hon'ble Court for trial by way of CRM 4688 of 2021 which was rejected on September 30, 2021. There, the involvement of the petitioner was discussed. There is hardly any change in material circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated September 30, 2021. The trial is in progress. At this crucial stage, therefore, it would be inadvisable to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 363 of 2022 is dismissed.
