Learned lawyer for the opposite party no. 2 appears and has filed a certified copy of order dated 29.10.2022 in M. Case No. 894/2016. Vide said order, the learned Magistrate has been pleased to dismiss the said case for default as no step has been taken by the petitioner before the learned Magistrate.

The present revisional application is against order dated 11.12.2018, in the said case being M. Case No. 894/2016, wherein the learned Magistrate directed payment of maintenance to the opposite party no. 2 and her child.

Considering the present status of the principal case which has been dismissed for default, the present revisional application has thus become infructuous and is accordingly disposed being dismissed.
