Khan For the State Apprehending arrest in connection with Hasnabad Police Station Case No. 242 of 2013 dated 30.05.2013 under sections 363/365/366A/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has filed the present application.

Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considered the materials in the case diary. It appears that upon completion of investigation, charge sheet had been filed way back on 30th January, 2014 and the petitioner had all along been absconding. In view thereof, we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in favour of the petitioner and as such his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. .

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No. 958 of 2021, is, accordingly, dismissed.
