Pran Gopal Saha v. The State Of W.B.

26.07.2023 Sl.No. 5 Ct. 33 Amalranjan CRA 102 of 1990 Re: Pran Gopal Saha Ms. Suchismita Dutta.............for the appellant Ms. Faria Hossain Mr. Anand Keshari........for the State Report submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas forwarding the note of the process server dated 13.6.2023 and the report of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Ghola PS, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate dated 26.7.2023 supported by a copy of the death certificate of the appellant, namely, Pran Gopal Saha, revealed that the appellant to have expired on 13.11.1993. Let all the reports as aforesaid along with the death certificate be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated against the appellant and accordingly, disposed of. Department is directed to send a copy of this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. ( Ananya Bandyopadhyay,J. )
