Gagarin Roy In spite of administrative notice none has appeared for the petitioner in this revision of the year 2019. The present revisional application is praying for quashing of the order of the learned Sessions Judge in a criminal motion arising out of a proceeding under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. As none appears in this case since the date of listing and in spite of administrative notice, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
