Ms. Raj Lakshmi Ghatak, Advocate, ... for the petitioners The matter is appearing under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of a typographical error crept in the order dated January 14, 2021.

In fact, the West Bengal Land (Requisition and Acquisition) Act, 1948 stood repealed with effect from March 31, 1997. However, in the first paragraph at page 2 of the said order dated January 14, 2021, it had been wrongly recorded that the said Act of 1948 stood repealed with effect from March 13, 1997.

Let the first sentence of the first paragraph at page 2 of the said order dated January 14, 2021 be corrected to the following effect:

"It is also not in dispute that the said Act of 1948 stood repealed with effect from March 31, 1997 ".

Let the above correction be incorporated in the order dated January 14, 2021.

Department is directed to forthwith supply the certified website copy of the corrected order dated January 14, 2021 to the parties.
