1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer. Her application for transfer is pending consideration before the Chairman, Purba Bardhaman District Primary School Council.

3. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by the directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

4. The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay.

6. Learned advocate of the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

7. Suspension of the Utsoshree portal will not stand in the way of consideration of the application seeking transfer.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
