Materials in the case diary suggest involvement of the petitioners.

Enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail, at this stage, will be inimical to the investigation, particularly to the recovery of the victim.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 422 of 2023 is dismissed.
