Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in August, 2022. This Court observed that the trial may be concluded preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. Though the petitioner submits trial may not be concluded within the time schedule, we note that the said time schedule has not expired.

In view of the aforesaid, bail prayer on the ground of delay is premature.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
