The petitioner, a married lady, is a victim of crime which is household in nature as has been submitted by the petitioner in her first application of transfer which is at page 21 of the writ application. It was dated 14th March, 2016 and addressed to the Principle Secretary, School Education Department. The petitioner submits that she got no reply of her application.

Next on 3rd June, 2016 she made another application praying for general transfer to the concerned District Inspector of Schools which also remains unattended. Last on 20th November, 2019 she made another application for general transfer on special ground which has also not been considered till date.

Today nobody has appeared for the respondents.

However, the appearance of

respondents is not very pertinent in this matter. I direct the Commissioner of School Education who is now looking after the transfer of teachers, here general transfer on special ground under Rule 4 (i)(b) of the relevant Rules to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by sixty days from the date of communication of this order and to communicate his decision by two weeks thereafter to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to serve a complete copy of the writ application along with a copy of this order upon the Commissioner of School Education immediately.

With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
